One email. One purpose.
The whole policy fits on a screen, because we collect almost nothing. If you reserve a Relay, you give us an email address. We use it to tell you about Relay. We never sell it. You can delete it any time. That's the short version — the long version is below, and it says the same thing.
The list is short on purpose.
your email & finish.
When you reserve, we store the email address you type and which finish you picked (Silver or Space Black). That is the entire reservation record. No name is required, no card is asked for, no card is stored — because no payment is taken.
ordinary request data.
Like every website, our host sees standard request metadata (IP address, browser type, page requested) to serve the page and block abuse. If we turn on analytics, it is a cookieless, privacy-first tool that does not track you across sites or build a profile — and it is currently off.
anything else.
No advertising trackers, no cross-site pixels, no data brokers, no location history, no fingerprinting. There is no account to create, so there is no password to leak.

To do those three things we use a small number of trusted service providers — an email/hosting provider to store the list and send mail, and our website host. They process the data on our behalf, under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes. We never sell, rent, or trade your email to anyone, for any reason. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to "partners."

Controller. Reservation data is controlled by Sovereign ATX LLC ("Relay," "we"). We are the point of contact for any privacy question or request.
Changes. If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of the page, and for any material change that affects how we use your email, we'll email reservation holders before it takes effect.
Security. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect the little we hold. No system is perfectly secure, but the smaller the data, the smaller the risk — which is one reason we keep it to a single email address.
